You can permanently delete your Fastholic account and the data tied to it at any time. Choose the fastest option below, or send us a request and we’ll handle it for you.
How to request deletion
- Fastest — delete it yourself in the app. Open Fastholic and go to Settings → Delete account. This removes your account and data straight away, no waiting.
- Prefer we do it? Fill in the form below with the email address on your Fastholic account, or email us directly.
- We verify the request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days, then confirm by email.
What gets deleted, and what we keep
Deleted permanently
- Your profile and account
- Fasting history and streaks
- Medication logs and reminders
- Weight, notes, and app preferences
- AI content generated for you
Kept briefly
- Encrypted backups, purged within 90 days
- Purchase & tax records where the law requires
- Subscription records held by Google Play
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Records we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons are retained only as long as the law requires, then removed. Your subscription and payment details are managed by Google Play, not stored by Fastholic.
